April stands in an underground lab full of glowing mutagen canisters, thinking about how it made the turtles and Shredder strong and wondering whether to use it on herself. She decides to do it and pours the mutagen over her head. Her torso and hips throb and swell first, straining the jumpsuit, then the growth spreads to her arms and abdomen with tearing and cracking. A close-up of a bulging bicep shows she cannot stop growing, and the 13 pages end with April fully transformed, jumpsuit in rags, excited to show the turtles.
